Beef n’ Blues was a raving success! This sold out event featured Chef Mark McEwan, Chef Ross Munro and Chef John Pritchard. The beef dishes inspired and prepared by these chefs were absolutely delicious. The all Island bar showcasing Gahan Brewery beer, Rossignol Estate Winery wine, and Myriad View Artisan Distillery and PEI Distillery spirits proved to be very popular; the eight signature drinks were a hit! Blues band Bad Habits entertained and had people kicking off their shoes to dance to their rockin’ blues tunes.A huge thank you goes out to our Presenting Sponsors; Atlantic Beef Products, Sims Corner Steakhouse and Wine Bar, and our Funding Sponsors; Tourism PEI and ACOA for making this event possible. And of course thank to the Chefs for preparing utterly amazing beef dishes. As the evening ended guests were asking about next year’s event. We will not disappoint…Beef n’ Blues 2012 is already in the works. See you there!
